AIDS Walk Delaware - About Us

Presented by AIDS Delaware and the Delaware HIV Consortium, along with partner organizations - Faith Community Partnership and the Ministry of Caring, AIDS Walk Delaware is the first and largest HIV/AIDS fundraiser in the State of Delaware. Each year thousands of people walk the 5K in support of loved ones who are living with and/or passed away from the disease. AIDS Walk Delaware not only raises funds for crucial statewide HIV/AIDS programs and services, but it also brings awareness of the disease throughout the state.

AIDS Walk Delaware consists of three events, an untimed Walk in New Castle County (Dravo Plaza, Wilmington Waterfront), Kent County (Legislative Mall, Dover), and Sussex County (Grove Park, Rehoboth Beach). In honor of the event's 25th Anniversary, the New Castle County AIDS Walk will also include a timed Walk/Run hosted by Races 2 Run.
