Faith Community Partnership
The mission of the Faith Community Partnership is to mobilize the faith community of Delaware and surrounding communities by increasing the awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic and where appropriate, assist in the development of HIV/AIDS prevention and outreach ministries.
The Faith Community Partnership (FCP) provides programming and support for the following events annually:
National Black HIV /AIDS Awareness Day
National Church Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS
National HIV Testing Day
AIDS Walk Delaware
